| The distillery of absinthe the P'tite is based in Couvet in the Val de Travers, where we find the origins of real absinthe. Behind our label Absinthe La P'tite and Absinth'Love 69, lies a fairy, the 1st distillers of absinthe legal in Switzerland meet the sweet name of Gaudentia. We work according to traditional family as time of hiding. Our Absinthe is distilled in the purest tradition of absinthe upscale distilled in old illegal stills, with recipes carefully guarded secret since time immemorial. We always work with a basis of a mixture of at least 12 plants, of course the famous large and small Absinthe du Val-de-Travers, which have no parallel in the world to bring our best absinthes aromas and beautiful bitterness.
